By downloading, installing, or using the FARMIKA application ("App") and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FARMIKA provides farm and livestock management tools, including animal records, breeding, health, inventory, tasks, weather-related features, backups, and optional AI assistance. You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If you are a farm owner or administrator, you may invite other users; you are responsible for their access within your farm. You retain ownership of your data; by using the service you grant us the rights necessary to operate the App (e.g. storing, processing, and backing up your data).
You may not use the App to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms are governed by the platform (e.g. App Store) through which you subscribe and by any in-app or separate subscription terms we provide.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. FARMIKA is a management tool; you remain responsible for your farm and business decisions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and close your account at any time (e.g. via in-app options). We may terminate or restrict access in case of breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, you may export your data as permitted by the App before access ends.
We may update these Terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may notify you via the App or email where appropriate.
